Sign in to your iCloud account on another iOS device.

Use 3uTools to create a backup of that device.

Restore (apply) the backup you just made onto the bypassed device.

After the restore, sign in on the bypassed device with the iCloud account from step 1, then sign out.

Finally, sign in with the iCloud account you want to use.
